Aspen Science Center

he Seventh Annual Summer Science Fair will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2018 from 11:00am to 3:00 pm at The Red Brick in Aspen, CO. It will be a non-stop program of interactive exhibits, experiments, games, and shows designed to entertain and inspire. This year, we will again utilize the indoor and outdoor areas of the Red Brick, and attendees are invited to peruse the resident artists work as we injected a little STEAM into our STEM! Hands on demos included some that explore the intersection of science and art!

We’ll have lots of hands-on fun activities for kids:

  • 700,000 volt Van de Graaf generator
  • Electricity and Magnetism
  • Slime and polymers
  • Liquid nitrogen experiments
  • Viscosity and density
  • Math puzzles
  • And much more!
