Science Educator

The Aspen Science Center (ASC) seeks an energetic, fulltime educator to develop and deliver fun, hands-on science, engineering, technology and math (STEM) education programs and events for youth, families, and adults. Based in Carbondale, the ASC serves communities from Aspen to Parachute. Minimum BA/BS degree in science, education, or related field. PreK-12 classroom experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Starting salary $48,000-$52,000 based on experience.

2024 Summer Intern Program opening Spring 2024

The Aspen Science Center Summer Intern Program is celebrating its 10th consecutive year of supplying students with a paid summer internship in STEM. Each year, standout college and high school students are selected to participate in the Aspen Science Center’s Summer of Science. Interns are integral in delivering summer camps, public events, and more to residents and visitors of the Roaring Fork Valley.
